Property Facilities Group Ltd is a privately owned family firm based in Bromley (Greater London), founded by Managing Director Wayne Maguire.

Wayne started his own business WRM Maintenance in 1986, and in 1995 acquired Maughan & Best Ltd. After a significant period of growth, the two companies merged to form Property Facilities Group Ltd in 1996.

Property Facilities Group works with a range of clients including local authorities, commercial property developers and insurance companies delivering outstanding building projects and quality maintenance and repair programmes.

Meet The Team

Wayne Maguire

Managing Director

Wayne founded PFG back in 1996 and has over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry. He has specialist expertise in property development and building maintenance. His main focus is business development.

David Cotton

Director

David studied maths and computing and joined PFG in 2004. David’s focus is overseeing maintenance contracts, ensuring all work is delivered to exacting standards, on time and on budget.

Anthony Strain

Contract Manager/ Estimator

Anthony Strain joined PFG in 2021 bringing with him a wealth of experience gained within the refurbishment & maintenance sectors. Although relatively new to PFG, Anthony has quickly become a valued part of our team delivering projects from an initial tender enquiry right through to the final project completion.

Daniel Maguire

Contract Manager / Estimator

Daniel Maguire is the son of Managing director Wayne Maguire and has worked for the company for 10 years, previously having studied construction and sports science in higher education.

Daniel is experienced in undertaking the roles of maintaining maintenance works/contracts, overseeing larger scale projects and estimating.

As part of the team, he is a valued member delivering projects from an initial tender enquiry right through to the final project completion.

George Crocker

Project Manager

George is experienced project manager with a proven track record of successfully leading teams to deliver projects on time. George is highly organised and dedicated team member with hands on knowledge of all aspects of the building trades.

Easi Dec Roofline System

PFG have invested in an easi dec roof line system and have attended HSE approved training to use it. This is to allow us to provide even more versatility, to our clients.

This full temporary structure can be erected in under an hour and does not require a pavement licence, scaffold alarms and the usual security issues commonly associated with a conventional scaffold system.

It can be setup to bridge over porches & conservatories and even with the most challenging of ground levels & conditions, it can be used where a mobile tower would not be suitable.

The system can be setup from 2m to 8m wide and has a working platform height of 3m to 6.8m.
